I can work from any location and I do accept Paypal. To put your mind at ease I have also sectioned projects off for payment in the past, allowing the customers to make partial payments at certain points throughout the project. In return I send the completed sections.

For example, at fifty percent of completion I send half of the completed project upon payment of half of the original quoted total. Upon completion, the customer would pay the remaining balance and receive the remainder of the project. If you have a project not listed on the home page and would like to know if I can do it, please email me and we will discuss it. I want to emphasize that I do not commit myself to projects I can not complete.
